Using foamroller

Foamrollers are  available in all gyms and fitness stores. Exercising with them can be fun.

They are simple to use and lightweight so they can be used anywhere and in any position. They are available in a variety of sizes and shapes.


A foamroller is a cylindrical piece of extruded hard-celled foam that places pressure on specific surfaces of the body.
