What is it like? It is like you’re standing on an exercise ball, swimming and cycling at the same time! So, you get a strong core…and finally a strong body.

But there is a kind of magic being on such a board paddling.  If you ask people that they fond of it they will tell you that it requires concentration and their mind is focused so that it occupies their mind throughout the whole workout. It relaxes them and at the same time they improve their balance and stamina. But they also enjoy the view as they forget that they are doing a workout. They look down and they can see an amazing close-up view of underwater life. Or they look out, toward the horizon, and they feel like an explorer of new lands.

It’s fun …  no need to be an athlete to try it!!!  It is available to everybody of all fitness levels on lakes, rivers, right through to the open ocean. With paddle boarding, everyone can get out, enjoy a full body workout and have fun. It can also be a part of a fitness routine.

Always wear a life jacket, have a whistle and a flashlight, if it is sunset time and you are still on the water.
