Lemon and hot peppers….
Drinking water with lemon every morning is quite beneficial, since lemon is a natural fat burner , contains vitamin c and antioxidants, so 2-3 glasses of water with a few drops of lemon juice hydrate our organism, aid digestive tract and reduce blood sugar.We should use lemon not only in water but also in our meals since it boosts our metabolism (the conversion of food to energy) increases calorie burn and weight loss.Of course, when combined with a healthy diet and exercise.
