We stay safe

As we are moving from “We Stay at home”  we must all be responsible for ourselves, our families, and our communities, locally and globally.

We never forget to:

  • Wash our hand frequently with soap and water or use alcohol-based rub, avoid touching our face
  • Have antiseptic gel or wipes  with us
  • Maintain the proper distance
  • Wear a cloth face cover when we have to go out in public

We avoid

  • Contact with people who have symptoms of the infection
  •  Crowded places and mass gatherings
  • The unnecessary travel, as soon as the “green light” is given
  • Visits to hospitalized patients

Today more isolation measures are lifted

We should teach children the hygiene rules.

We should also create opportunities for play and relaxation with our children, maintaining the contact we “gained” during quarantine.

✔WE STAY ACTIVE..

✔WE KEEP GOING!!!!
