Yoga wheel: seiza – Ardha Ustrasana – Half Camel Posture

Exercise of the week! If you are not flexible enough to perform “camel pose” with both hands on the mat, you can try “half camel”  supported  by yoga wheel without exaggerating your chest and with your head aligned with your spine.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hold for 8-10 breaths return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
