Starting Position

Standing position, hip width apart, hands holding the hammock  as shown in the picture.


Inhale and  extend your arms in front of you, keeping your body straight. Exhale and return to starting position.

  • Belly button towards the spine (PH in and up)
  • Keep your body straight
  • Keep your arms extended
