Easy, refreshing and healthy dessert with banana!

You will need:

  • 1 banana
  • Half a cup of milk
  • Flaxseed
  • Pumpkin Seed
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Dark chocolate

In a blender take the  banana and half a cup of milk. Serve in a large breakfast bowl and add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseed and dark chocolate. Of course, you can alternatively add nuts and dried fruits.
