Couple workout: exercise 2

Become my target…He holds the targets and you hit. Your chance to use direct hit to close the distance and trace the opponent (jab). Try performing  crosse to achieve knock down and follow his instructions, he knows more.

Ask him to show knee hits and kicks. The more force you put, the more you tire him… but he will be excited to feel as your coach.
