Exercises to reduce cellulite

Cellulite is a condition in which the skin has a dimpled, lumpy appearance. It occurs when fat deposits push through the connective tissue beneath the skin.

It usually affects the buttocks and thighs but can also occur in other areas. According to “American Council on Fitness”, daily cardio exercise combined with strength-training sessions and a healthy diet is an effective solution. So you need an exercise program that includes fat burn. Aerobic exercises, such as jogging, fast walking, rope, cycling, swimming, moderate-intensity group programs etc. are suitable.

The American Cardiology Association recommends 30 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise per day.

You also need muscle strength exercises, especially for the thighs and buttocks, where cellulite is more intense. Squats and lounges are ideal since they engage various muscles.

In order to achieve the best results, combine all  the above with a proper diet based on your personal needs.

Good luck!
