EXTENDED MOUNTAIN POSE UP TO DOWN FACING DOG

Begin with your partner getting into the downward dog position. Stand in front of  him , just on the inside of his  forearms and  gently lay back onto him extending your arms  arms  overhead . Stay in this stretch for 8-10 breaths.
