Low fat apple chocolate cake

A healthy and low fat chocolate cake recipe that tastes so sinful you will never believe it!

You will need:

• 1 cup. wholemeal flour

• 1 tbsp. baking powder

• 1 cup. brown sugar

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1/3 cup seed oil

• 180gr. melted dark chocolate (in the kettle) with 1 cup. almond milk

• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract

• 2 egg whites

• 1/3 cup brandy with 1 tbsp. baking soda

• 4 apples sliced

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except egg whites .

Beat the egg whites until they become foamy. Add the meringue to the other mixture and mix lightly.

Put non-stick paper in a pan and place the apples. Pour your mixture over the apples and bake at 200o C for 1 hour.
