Mango ginger water

This is one the most popular recipes with an amazing taste! The ginger and mango give this infused water recipe a terrific flavor, while providing some beneficial ingredients to make you feel good. Mangos are not only known to boost metabolism, they also aid in digestion, help boost your memory and can even help increase your libido!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of peeled and sliced Ginger Root
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango- fresh is fine too

Preparation:

Drop ingredients in the bottom of a pitcher or fruit infuser bottle.  Cover with ice about 1/2 way through then fill to top with water. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. You can refill the container 2-3 times before it begins to lose flavor.
