Sit back-to-back in a cross-legged position.
On each inhale, lengthen through spine and on each exhale fold forward from the hips. Your partner follows your move releasing his head and shoulders onto your back, with his arms at his sides and his palms facing up.
Hold for 5 breaths then change roles.
