Fresh  pears and homemade chocolate spread are a match made in heaven. Pair them in a pancake  for a delicious flavor combination.

You will need:

• 4 tablespoons all perpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons cocoa (optional)
• 1 vanilla
• 1 cup of milk  (cow or coconut or almond)


Mix all the ingredients . Bake in a non-stick pan.


For the homemade chocolate spread you will need

• 5 teaspoons cocoa
• 3 teaspoons brown sugar or stevia
• Water

Calories: 270 for 3 pancakes  with 1 tablespoon homemade chocolate spread and 1 small pear
