Exercise of the week!

Starting Position

Lie down on your side placing the miniball under your ribs.  The bottom leg is diagonally extended on the mat. The top arm is holding the leg  extended.


Inhale and during exhalation  bring the bottom leg close to the top leg.




  • Belly button towards the spine (PH in and up)
  • Shoulder blades gliding towards pelvis
  • Avoid supporting your weight in the miniball
