Restorative yoga: breathing awareness

Exercise of the week!

Cross-legged position on the half moon meditation  cushion with your thighs on the yoga blocks. Bring the one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Breathe normally. Do not try to change anything. Close your eyes and “focus on yourself” … feel your breath… hold for two minutes.
