Sup Training: Side plank

Exercise of the week!Lie on your side with one forearm directly below your shoulder, legs extended with the top leg forward and the other backwards.  Lift your torso and align your body from head to toes… hold for 15´´-20´´. Free arm straight towards the sky.

Repeat once and change side
