A game for moms & kids! Are you looking for ways to spend time with your child without losing your training?

Perfect! You can combine them both and have fun.

You can play together child an easy and enjoyable pantomime game with yoga poses. Fotini Alexopoulou Personal trainer and  Athens Trainers® associate along with our little friend  Niki, will show easy but effective exercises to train and play. The girl tells her mom what profession she wants to follow when she grows up and her mother shows the corresponding pose in yoga.

Child:I love being outdoors …when I grow up I want to be a forester to be arround trees.

Mom:Have you ever thought how difficult it is to stand as still as a tree?

Stand with your feet hip width apart. Move your weight into your left foot and place the bottom of your right foot just below or above your left knee.Press your palms together at your heart and concentrate on a specific spot. Try to keep your balance like a tree  in the wind. Count to 30 and repeat  with the legs reversed.

Now you are in TREE POSE/VRKSASANA.
