We are so busy during the day and the daily rhythms are so intense that any time is suitable for training. Many of us have incriminated the evening exercise for insomnia and hypertension, but that’s not true.
We have the ones who run in the afternoon directly after their work in the gym and others who prefer to drop by their house first and exercise a little later. Certainly, gyms are crowded around 6pm… this makes it hard to train in terms of time.
Benefits of evening workout: evening training helps you to have a better sleep as long as it involves stretching and relaxation. Muscles are agile and warm and thus you avoid injuries. In addition, sports places are quiet and cool during summer.
The growth hormone production increases while we sleep, which helps in muscle regeneration after training. 20-30 minutes of afternoon sleep can improve your energy and performance.
Next time instead of carrying your fitness bag at work and running panic, go home first, have a light meal, a shower that will make you feel fresh and cool or even a 30 minute sleep.
