Keep your mind on Pilates. Keep your body toned…and try shoulder bridge on miniball

Exercise of the week! Starting Position:

Supine position, knees bent, feet on the miniball and hands extended above your shoulders.

Execution:

Inhale and during exhalation articulate your spine vertebrae by vertebrae  to a bridge position. Inhale and during exhalation return to starting position.

Cues:

  • Keep the PH engaged during the exercise
  • Keep your shoulder blades on the mat
  • Articulate your spine (vertebra – vertebra)
