Exercise of the week!

Starting Position:

Supine position, knees bent, feet on the miniball and hands at your sides.


Inhale and during exhalation articulate your spine vertebrae by vertebrae to a bridge position. Inhale and during exhalation return to starting position.

  • Belly button towards the spine (PH in and up)
  • Engage your gluts in order to avoid cramps
  • Shoulders in alignment with pelvis and knees
  • Knees hip width apart
  • Keep the weight on your shoulders , not in the neck
  • Articulate your spine (vertebra – vertebra)
